My husband's dream has always been to have his own ABA business in which he helped individuals grow their skills so they could advocate and navigate the wide world. However, that means he works all day and maybe sees our daughters an hour a day and works six days a week. So, I started an ABA business so he could have time with our daughters. I was told that I needed to get a legal hiring contract to hire him legally. If I can fundraise the money for the hiring contract then I would be able to hire my husband and he could spend a little more time with our daughters.
