Did you know that the use of pesticides is more now than ever before. Do you know the thick wax on fruits and veggies even if organic is shellac and that is poop from India roaches. Even though doctors will never say the cause of cancer when someone gets it, cancer and ADHD is more now than ever before also.
I remember when I was a child I would walk with my grandpa to the garden pick collard greens, green beans ect. Then head back in the house give it to my grandma and we would wash and prep so she could cook it.
I just want the children of our future to understand the importance of growing your own food and also how to. Giving them the knowledge will help to create a different type of love for food and how it is processed. While also giving the food to communities who want to eat healthy but cant because its just to high to constantly eat right. This is how our society is now.
