About Me
I'm a Youth Resources Board Member who is passionate about growing young lives. As the daughter of a Teacher & a Human Resources Manager, it's in my DNA to help others. I am a nurse by background and support a variety of experience-based programs through my work at Ascension St. Vincent. I've worked at Ascension since I was a student nurse and my gratitude for those who gave me opportunities to grow propel me to do the same for others. I have three daughters who are 15, 13, and 11. They each participate in Youth Resources Programs. My oldest, Gab, participates in Teen Advisory Council, Teen Court, and TeenPower. Phia & Viv both participate in their school's TeenPower Club.

YR Day is a 24-hour online party and fundraising event for YR and the people who make YR possible (that’s you). Whether you’re a student, alumni, parent, volunteer or just a fan with a special place in your heart for YR - this celebration is for you!
YR’s mission is to inspire and develop our community of youth to a life dedicated to leadership, service, and civic engagement. Since 1987 we’ve worked with over 149,850 students and funded more than 3,310 service projects in 6 counties. Our alumni give, serve, and lead in education, healthcare, business, law, nonprofits, tech and more, using the skills they learned through YR’s programs.
Last year our students served over 8,000 hours with more than 100 local organizations, and they planned 63 service projects with their peers. They opened their hearts to the needs in our community and put their hands to work making a difference.
