Happy PRIDE-MAS! Southington PRIDE is a non-profit organization based in Southington, Connecticut working to empower the LGBTQIA+ Community, Individuals with Special Needs/Disabilities, and topics surrounding intersectionality. Established in 2021, we helped to coordinate the town's first PRIDE Celebration and seasonal events to help promote diversity and inclusion throughout our community.
In 2022, Southington PRIDE will be greatly expanding their operations to include social support programs, year-round community / civic events and community trainings with our friends at Wheeler Health. The 12 Days of PRIDE-MAS Campaign works to help empower Southington PRIDE to begin offering bi-weekly LGBTQIA+ Support Programming for Families, teen pop-up youth programming, and to help support our expansion into offering support for individuals with Special Needs/Disabilities.
