I'm writing to you out of a deep sense of gratitude and a strong desire to fulfil my academic goals. I have financial obstacles that could prevent me from finishing my studies as I begin my last year at Coventry University.

I come from a background where the value of education is deeply cherished, and I have always been passionate about making a positive impact through my chosen field. Despite facing numerous challenges, I have persevered to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, a discipline that holds the promise of shaping the world around us.

Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to my studies at Coventry University, where I have had the privilege to learn and grow. As a final-year student, I am on the brink of achieving a significant milestone in my academic journey. However, the financial strain has intensified, making it increasingly difficult for me to cover my tuition.

One of the major obstacles I face is the drastic change in the currency exchange rate. When I began my studies, the exchange rate was 460 Naira to a Pound, where i was able to meet my first year (£17,700) and second year (£18,000) tuition payments. Unfortunately, the current economic climate has led to a significant devaluation of the Naira, resulting in a staggering 2000 Naira to a pound. This unexpected shift has substantially increased the financial burden on my education, making it challenging to meet the rising costs associated with studying abroad. My current session payment is £19,800 and i have been able to pay £9,800 remaining the sum of £10,000. As of now the University has restricted my access to learning materials and if i do not make the outstanding balance soon i will be facing deportation which is going to make all my struggle to get to this point a waste.

Civil Engineering is not just a degree for me; it is a passion that fuels my desire to contribute to the development of sustainable infrastructure. I envision a future where my skills and knowledge can be applied to create positive change, addressing the pressing challenges our communities face.

I am reaching out to you, my dear friends, family, and the wider community, to ask for your support in achieving my dream. Your contributions will directly impact my ability to complete my final year and, ultimately, launch my career as a qualified Civil Engineer. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring me one step closer to realizing my educational aspirations.
