I am raising money to start a new comic independent company SDot Comics. I have artwork started and panels created but needing to pay the artist to do the interior art and the 3 cover artists.

Hello out there, my name is Stephen Cherry. I am a huge comic book and story fan. I am looking to write and produce quality comics from an independent standpoint. Funding for this initial comic will help launch me into the industry full steam ahead and I will not stop until I reach my goal of bringing in new talented artists and writers. Have you noticed how the comic industry has plateaued and the writing has become stale? The art may have advanced, but it is still the same artists over the last 30 years. I am looking to change that and make it to where I can give back to all the dreamers and amazing individuals out there with a story to tell. My belief is that there is always room at the table for more and more talent. That is my goal, and I will not stop until I reach it.
Enough about that, let's talk about the comic. This is a one-shot comic of doing what we think is best for society to save the ones we care about. But is sitting back in the shadows while a warlord rules the best for the world because he promised to no longer torment others, or does the hero finally need to take a stand. This will be a story of power, friendship, struggle, and an outcome you will not want to miss. As time goes on I will definitely post updates and different art pieces tied to the story. If I can get fully funded I will also be posting up all the original art and storyboarding I did(not the best). It is such a fun process and I want to bring comics back to life for everyone to really enjoy.
