My name is Nicholas Fortman and I am Aiden's father. His mother has kept me entangled with a constant flow of petitions in the family court system since the time of our divorce in 2019. As a disabled Veteran on a fixed income this process has been extremely taxing on my finances and now she is making a big push to try and remove Aiden from his home and family here in Illinois and move to Pittsburgh, PA.
I love my son with all my heart and this move she is trying to make will remove my son from my life almost entirely and I am desperately fighting to keep that from happening.
With the money raised I will be able to keep paying the legal fees going forward as we move into the trial that will determine where my son will be living for the future. I appreciate any amount or help you can give.
