We Support Dovid in the IDF

Hi, we are looking to help support Dovid Davies as he is currently in the IDF.

Dovid was in Israel for the holidays on a personal trip, when Israel went to war in response to the horrific Hamas massacre. Instead of returning to the comforts and safety in NJ, Dovid chose to take up his duties as a reservist and rejoined his unit when they were called up. Every member of the IDF is sacrificing a lot to be there. For Dovid, being there means going on leave from his job as a therapist in NJ. If he continues to stay with the IDF in Israel right now, which is his hope, he won't be working and it will be a challenge to cover rent and the other bills he has to maintain his apartment while he is away.  As Dovid's friends, we would like to show our support to him by helping cover these costs so that he can focus on being in Israel and not have to worry about these financial stressors.

I know we are all giving a lot to support Israel financially right now. Dovid would not appreciate this being made a public request, however we are sending this out to his family and friends who may want to show their support for the choices and sacrifices Dovid has made for his brothers and sisters of our Jewish homeland.

*Any additional funds beyond the original goal to cover rent and bills will still be incredibly helpful to Dovid, to allow him to ease back into routine life after he come back from the army, instead of having to jump right back into his intense work schedule.
